In fact, the labeling machine is the middle stage of beverage manufacturing, used to label the filled beverage, add beverage logo instructions, and enhance promotional value. It involves industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, agrochemicals, coatings, etc., and has a certain market size.
According to the different shapes and specifications of the bottle body, there are usually two types of equipment in the filling label process: a labeling machine and a labeling machine. The labeling machine is used to insert the closed plastic label into the bottle body from top to bottom, while the labeling machine wraps the label around the bottle body and relies on self-adhesive and hot melt adhesive to adhere to the bottom paper.
The equipment consists of a bottle delivery assembly line and two sets of delivery marking lines. The bottles flow in, are equidistant and pulled apart by the bottle separation mechanism, and then alternately inserted into the labels by two sets.
