How to extend the service life of filling machines

Installation precautions

1. After unpacking the machine, first check if the random technical information is complete and if the machine is damaged during transportation, in order to solve the problem in a timely manner.
2. Install and adjust the feed and discharge components according to the external diagram in this manual.
3. Add new lubricating oil to each lubrication point.
4. Rotate the machine with a joystick to check if the machine is running in the correct direction (counterclockwise facing the motor spindle), and the machine must be grounded for protection.

Usage, Maintenance, and Installation

1. When adjusting the machine, tools should be used appropriately. It is strictly prohibited to use too large tools or force too hard to disassemble parts to avoid damaging the machine or affecting its performance.
2. The machine must be kept clean, and it is strictly prohibited to have oil stains or residual materials on the machine to avoid damage and corrosion. Therefore, it is necessary to:
(1)Before shift handover, each part of the machine surface should be cleaned once and clean lubricating oil should be added to each workstation.
(2)It should be thoroughly cleaned once a week, especially in areas that are difficult to clean during normal use, or blown clean with compressed air.
