Disc Filling Machine

Disc filling machines are often used to fill large amounts of food. The disc filling machine has a rotating turntable, and the periphery of the turntable is the filling point. This ensures that there is sufficient time to control the filling process and the container can flow continuously.

The disc filling machine can be used for non carbonated media such as mineral water, fruit juice, or dairy products. It usually uses a two-stage filling method. After quickly filling the container, slowly fill it and use a reduced flow rate to reach the desired capacity. This control can be achieved by connecting a bypass valve upstream of the filling valve and a filling valve with a servo or two-stage actuator. In addition, oxygen sensitive products require the use of nitrogen to replace the remaining oxygen before closing the container. For carbonated media, additional auxiliary valves are required to regulate the container to be filled and ensure the supply of carbon dioxide.

Linear filling machine

Linear filling machines are usually used to fill cosmetics, drugs, cleaning agents, oils and fats, as well as some small doses of beverages. Linear filling machines are mostly used for rapid filling of containers, as the time required for each individual filling process directly affects the productivity of the filling system. The precise quantification of media is crucial for the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, fast and high-precision filling valves are needed to achieve small volume filling.

A linear filling machine usually consists of multiple filling points arranged in a row. This allows multiple containers to be filled simultaneously during each filling process and then transported out of the filling machine. Therefore, a batch of containers is transported out after each filling cycle, rather than being continuously transported separately. In addition, the linear filling machine can connect an unlimited number of fixed pipes and cables or compressed air pipes.
By utilizing the characteristics of a linear filling machine for design, the equipment can seamlessly clean the first filling unit and proceed to the second filling unit.
